BOAZ Enterprises CEO and Unconscious Bias Trainer, LaTonya Pegues, is grateful to have been a Special Guest Speaker during the 44th Annual Conference of the National Society of Black Physicists held in Charlottesville, VA November 5 - 9th, 2022. While there, she shared on the topic of Mental Health in Life, In General, and during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Other notable conference speakers include the Director of the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Science for the U.S. Department Of Energy, Dr. Asmeret Asefaw Berhe, Engineer, Inventor, Patent holder, & STEM NOLA Founder, Dr. Calvin Mackie, international Educator, Software Innovator and Engineer Dr. Damien Rouson of the Lawrence Livermore Laboratories were also special guest speakers, and all were outstanding.
The conference was held under the leadership of the National Society of Black Physicists president Hakeem Oluseyi, PhD. He is an author, science communicator, and television personality who has been featured on multiple programs that have aired on PBS and various networks regrading Physics, Astronomy, and the Origins of the Universe.
A special "Thank You" to the NSBP 44th Annual Conference PI, Morgan State University Physics Department Chair, Researcher, and NSBP Fellow Willie Rockward, Ph.D, and everyone who worked tirelessly to make sure the conference was a great success!

The Unconscious Bias Trainer Shares Virtual Stage With Dr. Anthony Fauci
LaTonya J. Pegues, CEO of Austin, TX based BOAZ Enterprises, will be speaking at the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) virtual summit, "Building Blocks For A Better Future," on February 24, 2021.
Ms. Pegues will provide training for Public Administrators of all backgrounds and experiences including: city managers, county managers, leaders, and emerging leaders from across the United States - live to a virtual audience on the topic "How to Overcome Unconscious Bias in Decision Making."
National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director, and Medical Adviser to President Joe Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci will be the featured speaker during the fireside chat, where he will share his knowledge regarding the the latest updates on the Coronavirus Pandemic and vaccinations during the summit.

The Unconscious Bias Trainer Shares at the 17th Annual National Diversity Leadership Conference
LaTonya J. Pegues, CEO of Austin, TX based BOAZ Enterprises, will be one of the speakers during the National Diversity Council's MultiCultural Roundtable during the 17th Annual National Diversity Council Leadership Conference being held virtually on April 22, 2021.
The Multi Cultural Roundtable will be moderated by Tequilla Lopez, Best Buy's Director of Inclusion and Talent Planning. Known as "The Unconscious Bias Trainer " Ms. Pegues, will share the Multi Cultural Roundtable virtual stage with: Derek Avery, Ph. D C.T. Bauer Chair of Inclusive Leadership at the University of Houston, Susi Collins, Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Global & Strategic Accounts at Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Suba Vasudevan, Director of Business Integrity & Platform Operations (Trust & Safety) at Facebook.
On the Multi Cultural Roundtable, Ms. Pegues will be sharing her perspective on international matters dealing with conflict in the workplace based on cultural differences, as well as providing solutions on how to resolve challenges that come about as a result of differences in cultures.
